Laci and Brigham both had valentines folders at school. Brigham was "kind" enough to give Laci all the candy he didn't like and any girly looking valentines which she promptly taped on her wall.
This was Laci's first experience with collecting valentines. There is 17 in her class so she came home with a lot of stuff. I noticed that every valentine came with candy. I remember when I was a kid it was o.k. to give one without candy. Now it's considered lame. Times have changed. Laci gave out card with suckers. Brigham gave out card with taffy.
